By using the services of G.N.O Courier, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

G.N.O Courier provides local and international shipping, delivery, and courier services. All shipments are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including sender and receiver details.

  • G.N.O Courier is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Customers must properly package items to prevent damage during transit.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition

  • Explosives or flammable materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Perishable items without prior approval

  • Cash, checks, or valuables unless approved in writing

G.N.O Courier reserves the right to inspect and refuse any shipment.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before or at the time of shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Additional charges may apply for customs fees, duties, storage, or special handling.

5. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • G.N.O Courier is not liable for delays outside of our control.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • G.N.O Courier’s liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the amount paid for shipping, whichever is lower.

  • Insurance is recommended for valuable items.

  • G.N.O Courier is not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

    • Improper packaging

    • Natural disasters

    • Customs inspections or seizures

7. Claims

  • Any claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

8. Customs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

  • G.N.O Courier is not responsible for delays or confiscation by customs authorities.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once a shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of G.N.O Courier and do not include third-party fees.

10. Right to Refuse Service

G.N.O Courier reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or shipment that violates these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

G.N.O Courier may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
